- Demonstrates listening skills on a consistent basis.
- Demonstrates limited use of a pace clock.
- Must understand circle swimming and leaving on 5 or 10 second
intervals.
- Consistent attendance weekly. 3 days per week is
recommended.
Complete a test workout:
a. 2 x 50 free 30 second rest
b. 2 x 50 back 30 seconds rest
c. 50 of each stroke/ drill 30 seconds rest
d. 4 x 50 kick (one each stroke)
e. Complete in Park and Rec Meets.
Must perform Basic Body Balance front-back-sweet spot-body
dolphins.
